Shipping Policy



At iRobot we are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly as possible. All orders are promptly processed in the warehouse in approximately 1-2 business days and then handed over to our trusted delivery partner (UPS). We offer standard shipping for all order (takes approximately 3-5 business days post shipment), with deliveries scheduled from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM to 6 PM.

It is important to note that during periods of high demand, shipping may be delayed by a few days.

All shipments will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order placement, unless otherwise specified. Please note once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse, iRobot cannot update your delivery address.  In case you are unavailable during delivery, your shipment will be sent to the nearest UPS access point. For more details on how to reschedule delivery or to update your address directly with UPS, please check the Flexible Delivery section below. Furthermore, kindly do not accept the package should the box be damaged or been tampered with.

 

Shipping rates

We provide free shipping on all robot orders and on orders over €50.

Orders less than €50 are charged a shipping rate of €6.50.

Shipping charges will be automatically computed and discounted during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

 

Track your Order

You can track your order status through My Account” page on our website or by clicking on the tracking link in the iRobot shipment confirmation email.

On the UPS website if you have chosen to receive updates against your tracking number, then UPS will notify you via email or text messages. Additionally, you can manually track your order through the UPS website by entering the tracking number.

 

Where is my order?

After receiving the shipment confirmation email you should usually receive your order within 3-5 business days, if you do not, please check your tracking link for status updates or contact the UPS customer service team with your tracking number for more information.

If UPS has not been able to resolve this for you, kindly contact iRobot customer care.

 

Flexible Delivery

Our shipping partner UPS offers flexible delivery options once you sign up to UPS – My choice. You can visit the UPS website to view all the available flexible delivery options.

If you are not available during the first delivery attempt, UPS will deliver the package to the nearest UPS access point for collection and leave a note (InfoNotice) at your address. If you are unable to collect, you can request redelivery to your address through UPS My Choice or simply reach out to UPS customer service.

Shipments not collected within 14 days from the UPS access point will be returned to us, we will reach out to you to confirm whether a reship or refund of the order is required. In case we do not receive a response, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

 

Shipping restrictions

Delivery may not be possible for addresses outside the mainland or for postal codes that include an island. During the checkout process on the iRobot website, you will be notified if in case a product cannot be delivered to your address.

Please keep in mind that batteries can only be delivered within the mainland regions.
